It is not possible to determine if the overtaker was flashed right next to you and the speed camera without more specific information. If the overtaker was indeed flashed by the speed camera, it is likely that they were driving above the speed limit. It is important to maintain a safe distance from other vehicles and obey traffic laws to ensure the safety of all road users. **

One may be forced to overtake by a fellow overtaker when the initial overtaker is driving at a slower speed than desired, creating a need for the second overtaker to pass them in order to maintain their desired speed. This situation often occurs on roads with multiple lanes, where faster drivers may need to pass slower vehicles in the right lane. It is important for both overtakers to practice safe driving habits and communicate their intentions to ensure a smooth and safe passing maneuver. **

No, CR123A batteries are typically not rechargeable. They are usually single-use lithium batteries designed for high-drain devices such as cameras, flashlights, and medical devices. Rechargeable alternatives to CR123A batteries include lithium-ion batteries, which can be recharged multiple times. **

Instead of using single-use batteries, which contribute to environmental waste, it is better to use rechargeable batteries. Rechargeable batteries can be used multiple times, reducing the amount of waste generated. However, if rechargeable batteries are not available or practical, using standard single-use batteries is still a better option than not using any batteries at all. It's important to consider the environmental impact and choose the most sustainable option whenever possible. **

Goldcap batteries, also known as supercapacitors, are known for their high power density and long cycle life, making them ideal for applications that require frequent and rapid charging and discharging. On the other hand, rechargeable batteries are more commonly used for their energy density and ability to hold a charge for longer periods of time. The choice between goldcap and rechargeable batteries depends on the specific requirements of the application, with goldcap batteries being more suitable for high-power, short-duration applications, while rechargeable batteries are better for longer-lasting power needs. **
