Both oral and written communication have their own advantages and disadvantages. Oral communication is immediate, allows for feedback, and can convey emotions effectively through tone and body language. On the other hand, written communication is more permanent, can be referenced later, and provides a clear record of information. The choice between oral or written communication depends on the context, audience, and purpose of the message. **

Oral grades can be important as they provide an opportunity for students to demonstrate their understanding and communication skills in a different format than written assessments. They can also help teachers assess a student's ability to articulate their thoughts and ideas verbally, which is a valuable skill in many aspects of life. Additionally, oral grades can provide a more holistic view of a student's performance and comprehension of the material. **

Oral grading can be justified in certain situations, such as language learning or public speaking assessments, where verbal communication skills are being evaluated. It allows for a more comprehensive assessment of a student's ability to articulate their thoughts and ideas. However, oral grading may not be suitable for all subjects or types of assessments, as it can be subjective and may not provide a fair and consistent evaluation. It is important to consider the specific learning objectives and assessment criteria when determining whether oral grading is justified. **

Partnerships can be formed through oral agreements, but it is highly recommended to have a written partnership agreement in place to avoid misunderstandings and legal disputes. A written partnership agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities of each partner, the distribution of profits and losses, decision-making processes, and other important aspects of the partnership. Having a written agreement also provides legal protection and clarity for all parties involved. Therefore, while partnerships can be formed through oral contracts, it is advisable to have a written partnership agreement in place. **
