In Crusader Kings 3, players can play as the Pope by starting a game as the ruler of the Papal States. This can be achieved by selecting the "Iron Century" start date in 936 AD, which is when the Papal States are an independent realm. Alternatively, players can also start as a ruler in the region and work towards vassalizing the Pope, eventually becoming the Pope themselves. Once in control of the Papal States, players can then take on the role of the Pope, making decisions on matters of faith, diplomacy, and politics within the Catholic Church. **

In Crusader Kings 3, a war of submission requires the target to be a neighboring ruler and have a lower rank than the attacker. The attacker must also have a valid casus belli, such as a claim on the target's title or a de jure claim. Additionally, the attacker must have a valid reason to declare war, such as a vassal refusing to accept their liege's demands. Finally, the attacker must have enough prestige and piety to declare the war, as well as enough troops and resources to potentially win the conflict. **

No, CR123A batteries are typically not rechargeable. They are usually single-use lithium batteries designed for high-drain devices such as cameras, flashlights, and medical devices. Rechargeable alternatives to CR123A batteries include lithium-ion batteries, which can be recharged multiple times. **

Instead of using single-use batteries, which contribute to environmental waste, it is better to use rechargeable batteries. Rechargeable batteries can be used multiple times, reducing the amount of waste generated. However, if rechargeable batteries are not available or practical, using standard single-use batteries is still a better option than not using any batteries at all. It's important to consider the environmental impact and choose the most sustainable option whenever possible. **

Goldcap batteries, also known as supercapacitors, are known for their high power density and long cycle life, making them ideal for applications that require frequent and rapid charging and discharging. On the other hand, rechargeable batteries are more commonly used for their energy density and ability to hold a charge for longer periods of time. The choice between goldcap and rechargeable batteries depends on the specific requirements of the application, with goldcap batteries being more suitable for high-power, short-duration applications, while rechargeable batteries are better for longer-lasting power needs. **
